Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or any other related courses.
Minimum of two to three (2-3) years relevant experience in Corporate Marketing, Branding, and Communications.
Experience in planning and implementing marketing strategy to match the revenue targets.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives that align with revenue targets. Ensure efficient implementation of marketing strategies across call center, sales, and marketing teams.
Build and maintain relationships with current and potential clients, addressing inquiries and concerns to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Execute lead generation activities, ensuring the generation of high-quality leads and nurturing them through the sales funnel to improve conversion rates.
Assist in the creation and implementation of Business-to-Consumer (B2C) and Business-to-Business (B2B) marketing programs, ensuring they align with industry protocols and company objectives.
Help execute marketing initiatives aimed at attracting new customers and retaining existing ones through targeted campaigns, loyalty programs, and promotional efforts.
Contribute to enhancing brand awareness and positioning by ensuring consistent messaging across marketing materials and campaigns.
Assist in identifying new revenue opportunities, including supporting new product launches, market expansion, and developing strategies for recurring revenue models.
Collaborate with sales teams to provide market insights that assist in pricing strategy development, ensuring value for both customers and the business.
Conduct basic market research and track industry trends to provide insights for improving marketing tactics and identifying growth opportunities.
Actively support prospecting efforts, including networking, cold calling, and advertising, to generate interest and develop potential business opportunities.
Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, including lead generation and conversion metrics, and recommend adjustments for improvement.
Work closely with the sales, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of marketing strategies.
Help achieve assigned sales and marketing targets on a monthly/quarterly basis by actively contributing to campaign execution and lead management.
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other materials for leadership meetings. Provide support in the preparation and negotiation of contracts as needed.
Perform other tasks as directed by management, supporting the overall marketing and sales goals.
