Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or any other related courses.
Minimum of five (5) years relevant managerial experience in Corporate Marketing, Branding, and Communications.
Experience in planning and implementing marketing strategy to match the revenue targets.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee the strategic planning, budgeting, and execution of initiatives across the call center, in-house sales, and marketing departments to achieve revenue targets. Ensure the alignment of marketing strategies with revenue generation objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both current and potential clients, addressing any concerns and fostering long-term partnerships.
Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads and convert them into sales. Continuously optimize lead-generation tactics to improve conversion rates.
Execute marketing initiatives that drive new customer acquisition and retention, leveraging loyalty programs and upsell/cross-sell strategies to maximize lifetime value.
Enhance brand awareness and market positioning, ensuring consistency between brand messaging and revenue goals.
Identify and capitalize on new revenue streams, such as launching new products, entering new markets, or creating subscription models for recurring revenue.
Work closely with the sales and product teams to develop competitive pricing strategies that balance profitability and customer value.
Conduct ongoing research to monitor industry trends, analyze competitors, and identify opportunities for growth.
Actively prospect for new clients Business-to-Consumer (B2C) and Business-to-Business (B2B) using various methods such as networking, cold calling, and advertising to generate interest and expand the client base.
Track and report on the success of marketing campaigns, lead generation efforts, and sales conversion rates. Identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies as needed.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
Meet and exceed assigned monthly/quarterly sales and marketing targets.
Present insights on business trends and propose new services, products, or distribution channels to the leadership team.
Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing contracts, and ensuring seamless integration with business operations.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by management relevant to the role.
