The HRIS Specialist will work under general direction from the HRIS Manager to oversee the day-to-day functions of the HRIS system.

Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in troubleshooting errors within the HRIS system and escalate as needed to the HRIS Manager.
- Assist in maintaining a user-friendly library of helpful SOP’s and self- service guides for employees and managers.
- In partnership with the HRIS Manager, evaluate the HRIS system upgrades and processes for function accuracy.
- Support data entry quality and initiate changes and improvements as needed.
- Help maintain user access roles and access permissions with regular testing the access permissions.
- Write and provide reports to clients
- Participate in the development and maintenance of HR dashboards and reports using ADP, Power BI and Excel
- Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and consistency in systems.
- Participate in various HR projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
- Help create cases/service requests with software vendor when necessary and keep end users appraised of the status of their issues/requests.
- Provide general HR administrative support, including maintaining employee files and HR databases.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HRIS
- Proficiency with HRIS software, systems, and data flows.
- Functional knowledge of ADP Workforce now or UKG is a plus.
- Advanced skills and proficiency in Excel/Word required.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and complex logic skills.
- Great attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
