Collects, receive and transmit to finance the clearance process of the separated employees and ensures that 100% of the separation documents are filled out, signed and notarized as needed.
Ensures 100% coordination regarding renewal of contracts, procedures and immediate concerns.
B. EMPLOYEE RELATION AND EVALUATION
Assist preparation of employee notices and sanctions for violations of the company Code of Discipline then endorses them for review and approval.
Facilitate and coordinate evaluations.
C. TIMEKEEPING
Ensure accurate and timely submission of semi-monthly timekeeping for payroll purposes.
Monitors leave credits.
D. ADMINISTRATION AND OTHERS
Ensures 100% coordination and immediate concerns with the building admin.
Handles and resolves concerns regarding company mobile phones.
Liaise with different offices and department outside when needed.
Process and release ID, enrollment of biometrics and BPI payroll account.
Check, monitors and update 201 files in timely manner.
