HR/Admin Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
  • Orientation/Training: Conduct onboarding orientations for new hires and assist in organizing employee training programs.
  • HR Administrative Tasks: Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, managing HR documentation, and assisting with payroll and benefits administration.
  • Employee Support: Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Compliance: Ensure all HR activities adhere to company policies and legal regulations
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in HR or administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and recruitment processes is a plus.|
  • Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply.
