HR Recruitment Staff
We are looking for an HR recruiterment staff with the ability to develop recruitment strategies to meet the the objectives of the company. He/She is responsible for designing and implementing recruitment plans and source the most suitable candidates to fill positions.
HR Recruiter Responsiblities:
- Developing own network of suitable candidates.
- Executing recruitment plans efficiently.
- Drafting and posting job descriptions.
- Interviewing candidates.
- Networking with various institutions and social media.
- Participate in job fairs and in-house recruitment events
- Resolving issues such as interview cancellations swiftly.
- Willing to be assigned to Boni, Mandaluyong City.
- Preferably with experience in Merchandising.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17,000.00 per month
