HR Managers provides directions to all HR functions across the organization with the objective of developing a productive and empowered workforce, promoting and sustaining industrial peace and harmony, and providing effective and efficient HR services to the organization towards attainment of its strategic goals and business objectives.
Provide a definite direction and support to the company’s day to day operations by developing policies, procedures, guidelines, process manuals and forms and ensure compliance of the Regional HQ
Optimise the Human Resource Department in providing value-added service to the Management by delivering solutions to tackle issues faced by the organisation
Ensure that the company has the required number of people with the required knowledge and abilities to perform responsibilities and achieve its organisational objectives
Ensure that the company finds the widest pool of candidates to provide greatest opportunity to select the best people for the required roles
Ensure that K.U.S’ Compensation and Benefits program is fair, competitive, cost-effective to support its business objectives
Ensure K.U.S’ Performance Management programme continuously improve employees’ job performance that aligns to the business objectives and link their performance results to reward
Ensure that K.U.S’ Learning and Development program equips employees with competencies and build organisational capabilities to support its business goals
Ensure that K.U.S’ employees’ personal development and career progression needs are aligned to the company’s need for management succession
Develop programs and interventions to improve the company and its employees’ relationship, thereby create a balance advocacy to protect their respective rights and facilitate a harmonious environment
Education Required:
With Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or related degree
Experience Required:
With at least 3 years of work experience as HR Manager
Competencies and Skills Required
Knowledgeable in recruitment, statutory compliance, and payroll process
Strong and effective communication skills
Independent and can be trusted to handle sensitive information
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
Willing to report on-site in Pinagbuhatan, Pasig
