HR Generalist
Role Description
The Human Resources Generalist will cover different HR functions, e.g., Recruitment, Employee Relations, Discipline Management, help in creating HR policies and guidelines, etc.
Qualifications
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month

The Human Resources Generalist will cover different HR functions, e.g., Recruitment, Employee Relations, Discipline Management, help in creating HR policies and guidelines, etc.
Qualifications
- Preferably, a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Management or something similar.
- At least three years of experience in different HR facets.
- At least one year experience in Sourcing, especially in a prescreening role.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and remotely.
- Experience in the IT industry, especially in the networking and cybersecurity segment is a plus.
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
