PRIMARY ROLE: Facilitate all HR facets in the branch (Timekeeping, Benefits, Hiring & Recruitment, Employee Engagement and Relations) Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s /College Degree in Psychology or any 4 year business-related course
At least 2-3 years of related work experience
Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft and Excel skills with the ability to present information in forms, tables, and spread sheets.
Has good Communication skills (verbal and written), including telephone communication.
Has good organization and time management skills with the ability to work independently and to deadlines
Has excellent customer service skills with the ability to build appropriate professional, friendly and accessible relationships with stakeholders.
Has ability to demonstrate understanding for the need of confidentiality in dealing with all HR issues.
Resourceful and well organized.
Exhibits excellent attention to detail with the ability to actively seek and find solutions to problems; Ability to investigate inquiries and respond in timely manner.
Able to work methodically taking responsibility for own work and to work as part of a team.
