Assist in human resources activities such as recruitment and selection, payroll and timekeeping, compensation and benefits, performance management system, labor and employee relations, company events and recreation;
Performs investigation on employees disputes regarding on workplace issues;
Executes personnel policies and disciplinary actions among his/her subordinates;
Assists on evaluating employee’s performance and makes recommendations on needed training and development;
Administers performance management system to ensure effectiveness, equity within organization;
Coordinates with the other departments regarding employment, performance evaluation, trainings, complaints, and disciplinary actions;
Supports in making and revising company policies and code of conduct and ensures proper implementation are followed;
Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation and conducts exit interviews to determine reason behind separations;
Takes charge in company’s events such as parties, outings, trainings, gatherings, programs etc.;
Maintains and updates human resource information system from time to time;
Performs related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Job Qualifications:
A graduate of human resource management, psychology, political science, business management, business administration, behavioral science or any related courses;
Preferably with at least one (1) year experience as a human resources generalist or equivalent professional practice;
Proficient in written and communication skills;
Proficient in basic computer processes programs (word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software and internet navigation and e-mail);
