Fulfillment Staff
Under the direction of the Fulfillment Officer, Fulfillment Staff checks and maintains the systems, methods and processes in remittance service advances and monitoring operations to ensure the profitability and cost efficiency of service providers, the implementation of needed operational systems, procedure and controls, and the smooth uninterrupted flow remittance services.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Office based work. Must reside in Angeles City or near Angeles City Pampanga
- Must be College Graduate / College Level
- Proficient to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently on assigned duties
- Accounting knowledge and skills is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs the general guidelines and procedures by utilizing tools needed to ensure all transactions were processed.
- Assists in identifying and reporting the risk in the daily operations and performs appropriate and timely actions.
- Complies with Customer Service standards set by the Company. As well as coordinating with other departments to complete tasks such as updating databases or filing documents.
- Preparation and allocation of estimated funding of all banks. Ensures that all banks have sufficient funds in order to complete transactions on a timely manner.
- Monitors and ensures funds are successfully credited to beneficiaries accounts and updates the status off all transactions through the Company system and tracking report.
- Monitors refund from canceled transactions and sending emails to banks with regards to inquiries and coordinating transactions.
- Preparation of over the counter transactions if needed such as deposit slips, cheques and RTGS.
- Daily Reconciliation of all transactions processed within the day. Reconciling the company’s bank statements and payments based on the transactions.
- Performs other related functions that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
