Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any course
• Must have at least 4 years of proven working experience handling a team as a Warehouse and Fulfillment Supervisor
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Hard working and trustworthy
• With very good interpersonal skills
• With good leadership and supervisory skills
• Must have a good record of successful distribution and logistics management
• Demonstrates substantial experience in warehousing and fulfillment
• With excellent communication skills both written and verbal, in English and Tagalog languages
• Has the ability to manage multiple responsibilities
• Detail oriented with strong follow-through and a focus on execution
• Has an advanced excel skills
• Willing to work in Merville area near Parañaque
• Willing to work overtime or beyond working hours
• Willing to render work every Saturday and holidays or as required by the Management

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Overseeing daily order fulfillment activities, including order processing, picking, packing and shipping preparation
• Monitor and oversee outgoing and incoming shipping activities to verify items are shipping to the correct location and in good condition.
• Ensure facility equipment is properly maintained.
• Communicate and collaborate with other team members.
• Train, guide and evaluate new warehouse personnel.
• Track expenses related to fuel, truck maintenance and monthly overtime of warehouse personnel
• Sets up layout and ensure efficient space utilization
• Initiates, coordinates and enforces optimal operational policies and procedures
• Adheres to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements
• Maintains standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
• Manages stock control and reconcile with data storage system
• Prepares annual budget
• Liaises with clients, suppliers and transport companies
• Plans work routes, assigns tasks appropriately and appraise results
• Orients, coaches and motivates employees
• Asks and receives feedback and monitor the quality of services provided
• Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
• Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Work Schedule
Monday - Friday (5:30 AM - 3:00 PM)
Every Saturday (5:30 AM – 12:00 PM)
