• Salary: 3000-5000 PHP weekly (depending on your experience; we're willing to offer more for highly skilled candidates)
• Work Type: Full-time
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 hours daily (Shifts can be scheduled from morning to afternoon Philippine time or adjusted based on your availability)
• Work Location: Temporary Home Office in Brgy. Villamonte, Bacolod City

Qualifications:

• EXCELLENT English communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident in communicating with personalities across the globe
• Preferably with BPO or HR/Recruitment experience
• Willing to learn and be trained

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct phone screening interviews
• Source talent and post job advertisements
• Shortlist candidates by reviewing resumes and applications
• Administer and evaluate general and technical assessments
• Manage candidates through the recruitment pipeline
• Perform various recruitment, HR, and administrative tasks
