We are looking for a Finance Officerin Cagayan de Oro.
Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing daily financial activities within an organization. The main function of this job is to maintain financial records and manage budget to support decision-making.
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related courses.
• With relevant experience in financial management.
• Must pass the pre-employment finance exam.
• Knowledgeable of accounting principles and practices, financial regulations, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
• Proficient in using financial management software.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations by monitoring financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and implementing internal control.
• Monitor and manage the organization's cash flow, ensuring that sufficient funds are available to meet the operational and capital requirements.
• Custodian of revolving petty fund and online banks.
• Conduct surprise cash counts of branches.
• Double-check cash deposits every morning.
• Attend bank concerns and requirements.
• Post payments for online government remittances.
• Follow-up and account liquidation of revolving and petty cash fund.
• Relieve finance disbursement & receivables officer and field officer.
• Monitor and record online platforms (Grab, Food Panda, Banks, GCash, Maya, etc.)
• Disbursement and other tasks.
