We are looking for an Accounting Assistant (Sales and Inventory) in Cagayan de Oro City. Summary: The Sales and Inventory Assistant is responsible for the preparation of the production report on a daily basis, inventory monitoring on a daily basis, inventory count every cut-off, recording raw material usage, and assisting in processing the accounts payable invoice. Qualifications:
Graduate of accounting or any business-related course.
Must be able to pass the pre-employment accounting exam.
Has strong computer skills and experience with ERP software.
Is detail-oriented, highly accurate, and analytical.
Responsibilities:
Finished goods with standard cost recording.
Prepare daily inventory monitoring reports of the store, dispatch, and consignment.
Record in Peachtree the usage of raw materials and packaging materials.
Account for the maintenance section's usage issuance for billing services.
Conduct regular monthly inventory count (store, dispatch, consignment, souvenirs, raw materials, and warehouse).
Adjust inventory in Peachtree based on the month-end count (raw materials and packaging).
