Provide a high level of secretarial support to the VP.
Provide additional support to management team members, as directed, to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficiently.
Manage communication with employees by liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks.
Plan and orchestrate work to ensure that VP’s priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld.
Manage professional and personal scheduling for VP, including agendas, mail, email, phone calls, client management, and other company logistics.
Screen and prioritize incoming communications, ensuring timely responses and appropriate redirection.
Efficiently manage and prioritize VP’s calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Draft and edit business documents, including emails, reports, and presentations.
Performs administrative and office functions.
Perform liaison work with local and national government agencies for prompt resolution and approval of company request and/or applications
Maintain professionalism, strict confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion in all interactions and communications.
