This role will provide recruitment and onboarding support for medical roles based in the US. It represents a pioneering BPO in Healthcare Operations.
As part of a pioneering team, there are multiple roles available.
The Compliance Specialist will be accountable for working with and helping to aid our Sales team members to achieve our goal of always providing quality service to our hospitals and travelers through complete and accurate traveler documents.
Job Responsibilities:

• Pull 45-day expiring lists for assigned teams
• Set up expiring background check items.
• Set up drug/health screens.
• Set up internal and any additional paperwork/testing.
• Check in documents within 24 hours .
• Communication with travelers/sales teams on expiring items within 45 days.
• Daily expiring item updates to Managers and Team Leads.
• Process Extensions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent experience required. New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in the BPO, healthcare, RPO or shared services industries, a plus.
• At least 35 wpm, demonstrate proficiency in basic Windows operations and use of miscellaneous office equipment (fax, printer, copier)
• Speak and write professionally and follow oral or written instructions.
• Establish a positive working relationship with employees, clients and candidates.
• Organize tasks and manage time and multi-task with a sense of urgency and efficiency.
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, pay close attention to detail and meet deadlines.
• Ability to manage time and increasing workload.
• Must be willing to work in rotating shifts or US time zone.
• Must be willing to work in the office at Bridgetowne, QC
