Collection Supervisor

Oversees the day-to-day operations of the Collection Team composed of collectors, credit investigator and other administrative staff.
Responsible for the orientation, training, monitoring, and motivation of Collection Team members towards strict compliance and improved performance.
Achieves collection targets as set by the Management on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
Ensures compliance of the collection Team to set company policies, guidelines an procedures and government laws.
Investigates and resolves difficult or highly sensitive payment and/or settlement issues (bad accounts).
Performs other Financing-related tasks and responsibilities that may be assigned to him from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
