Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field
At least 1-2 Years working experience in related field is required for this position
Preferably 1-4 Years Experienced Employee specialized in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent
Complete the daily responsibilities that are set for each individual shift
Prepare, cook and present food efficiently and quickly
Ensures the highest standards and consistent quality I the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques
Instruct and lead subordinates through their daily requirement in food preparation and actively take part in set up and supervising of buffets and special functions
Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control
Demonstrate urgency and quality consciousness
Guide and train the subordinates on a daily basis to ensure high motivation and economical working environment
