Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day activities in the business support team.
- Procurement (Licensing)
- Configuration and Agreement
- Auditing
- Agreement management
- Agreement addition reconciliation of:
- Microsoft and Office 365 Licensing
- Managed User and Security Billing
- Business Voice
- Domains/DNS/Webhosting
- AWS
- Microsoft Azure
- Ingram CSP
- SPLA
- Acronis Cloud Services
- Barracuda Hardware, Software and Licensing
- Assist in proposal- and quote preparation
- General assistance to Business Development Managers
- Assist with the Maintenance of the Accounts Board
- Connect Wise Manage Maintenance
- Assist in the management of Account Management service tickets.
- Assist Account Managers in planning and scheduling of client visits.
- Help prepare required reports and documentation for Account Management processes
- Assist and liaise with the Account Manager to deliver client touch points including the BTR, monthly and QTR reviews
- Serve as a point of contact for customers and ensure timely responses to inquiries and requests.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Maintain CRM systems to track sales activities and opportunities.
- Assist in the Management of Sales service tickets.
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations and quotes.
- Act as a liaison between our sales team and other internal departments, such as Technical Operations, Accounting and Marketing.
- A professional presentation, with courteous, and enthusiastic customer service skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
- Proficiency with general office applications
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Enjoy working with customers and external audiences
- Have excellent interpersonal skills: such as telephony, communication, active listening and customer-care
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment
- Experience with Connect Wise Manage/PSA and Sell/Quosal/CPQ
- Understanding of Microsoft Licensing system
- Understanding of the Managed Services industry
- Understanding of relevant and current Microsoft Technologies
- Up to 1-month FREE Accommodation for those relocating to Pampanga *
