Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any business related course.
• At least 3 years of working experience in retail management and conversion.
• Will handle field works within South Mindanao.
• Good in verbal & written communication, Microsoft Office and can drive both two and four wheels with valid driver's license.
• Can start ASAP.

Job Description:

• Scout for new conversion.
• Handles negotiation.
• In charge of Station’s opening activity.
• Conversion’s dealer management and trouble shooting.
• Monitors sales of all converted sites and ensures achievement of target volume and margin.
• Coordinates with various department (C&C, Engineering, APD and Training)
• Regular visit to station and ensure’ s compliance of stations standard.
• Scout Industrial, White Station for Supply Agreement.
• Market research and adaptation to market competitiveness.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
