Experience:
1-2 years of relevant work experience in business development.
Engineering graduates with internships or entry-level experience in project management or business development within construction, real estate, or infrastructure sectors may be preferred.
Skills:
Analytical and research skills to assess market trends and business opportunities, particularly in engineering projects.
Technical knowledge in civil engineering to understand construction projects, design plans, and infrastructure development.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), project management software, and business intelligence tools for data analysis and reporting.
Strong communication skills for liaising with engineering teams, stakeholders, and presenting findings or proposals.
Understanding of industry standards and regulations related to civil engineering projects.
