* Graduate of a 4-year degree course preferably in Marine Transportation or any Operation Management related field.
* At least Five (5) years of work experience in a container terminal.
* with experience in vessel planning and yard operations.
* Has ability to use computerized vessel operation software system (s).
* Must have good analytical skills to be able to provide solutions to issues/exception in a relatively short timeframe.
