Position Overview:
The Operations Head is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functionality of all parking attendants including the facilities, optimizing performance, and improving customer experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operational Oversight:
Manage the daily operations of parking facilities, ensuring maximum efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
Monitor facility performance, including space utilization, revenue, and staffing.
2. Staff Management:
Lead and manage a team of parking attendants, supervisors, and other support staff.
Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure high levels of service and operational performance.
Monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
3. Financial Management:
Oversee budget planning and control operational expenses.
Track revenue and optimize financial performance through strategic pricing and space utilization.
