Job Details:

• With the experience of at least 3 to 4 years in the Retail
• Amenable to do fieldwork NUEVA VIZCAYA
• Amenable to REPORT in Grace Park Caloocan
• Monitoring and strategies to achieved monthly sales quota.
• Organizing cleanliness of stores.
• People Management (such as scheduling, evaluation, and instilling discipline and values).
• Facilitating store auditing (weekly / monthly)
• Implementing and establish store operation procedure
• Create and improve the operation manual.
• Accountable for the safety and security of the stores
• Facilitate Training & programs for store personnel.
• In charge of the opening of new stores.
• Looking for a potential store location for expansion.
• Other tasks may be assigned from time to time by the executive management.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
