Overall Job Role:
The ALA plays a crucial role in overseeing the effective administration of programs and providing comprehensive support to homeschooling families within the assigned area. This role involves managing the Family Advisor (FA) Program, monitoring academic requirements, conducting student and family advisory sessions, coordinating community engagement activities, and ensuring compliance with program guidelines and standards. We are looking for Roces, Cebu City, and North Luzon ALAs.
Responsibilities:
Program Administration:

• Oversee program administration within the assigned area, including the management of hubs and coordination of activities.
• Ensure adherence to program guidelines and standards, such as the Scholarship Program Arrangement (SPA) and Academic Requirements.

Family Advisor (FA) Program Management:

• Implement and manage the FA Program, including recruitment, training, and support for FAs and LAs.
• Monitor FA activities and provide guidance to ensure effective support for homeschooling families.

Academic Requirements Monitoring:

• Monitor and communicate academic requirements to families, ensuring timely completion of Portfolio Reviews and Academic Milestones.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and academic achievements.

Student and Family Advisory:

• Provide advisory services to homeschooling families, including consultation sessions, portfolio reviews, and proactive outreach.
• Address family concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and support.

Training and Development:

• Deliver training sessions, such as HS 101 and HS 100 Series, to equip families and FAs with the necessary knowledge and skills for homeschooling success.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the homeschooling community.

Community Engagement:

• Lead community engagement initiatives, including gatherings, events, and activities, to promote collaboration and networking among homeschooling families.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate community-building efforts.

Communication and Coordination:

• Communicate regularly with families, FAs, and other stakeholders via email, Viber, and other channels to provide updates, resources, and support.
• Coordinate with program stakeholders, including Shine, Connect Teams, and other Team Members (TMs), to ensure alignment and cohesion across initiatives.

Compliance and Reporting:

• Ensure compliance with program requirements, regulations, and standards, including reporting on program outcomes and achievements.
• Maintain documentation and records related to program activities, outcomes, and participant feedback.
