We are looking for Sales Manager to handle our PNB Zamboanga area branches:
(Climaco, KCC Mall, Veterans Branch)
Candidate Qualifications:

• Maintain and establish good relationship with the bank partner to generate and increase more sales.
• Makes use of different managerial techniques to guide the Financial Advisors to reach potential to reach maximum growth.
• Manage a team of financial advisors to ensure delivery of hitting sales targets.
• Can conduct briefings and training for the team members.

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
Preferably Less than 3 years’ managerial experience specialized in Sales - Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc) or equivalent.
