We are looking for Area Field Supervisors for areas where we have detachments.
Detachment Commanders, Assistant Detachment Commanders, Shift-in-Charge, Officers-in-Charge, applicants with background in Operations in the Security Industry are welcome to apply.
Deployment Area:
*(1) Bicol Region
- Legazpi City
- Manito
- Naga
- Sorsogon
Duties and Responsibilities:
*Conducts Risk Assessments and Security Audits
*Implement Risk Mitigation
*Oversee the implementation and development of security policies and procedures
*Implement physical security measures
*Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and emergency responders as needed
*Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
*Maintain accurate records and reports related to security incidents and activities
General Qualifications:
*Bachelor's Degree Holder
*Security Certification is a plus (e.g. CSP, CSMS, etc.)
*Bosh Certification is an advantage
*Experience in various security operations management is an advantage
*Ability to analyze complex security situations and make sound decisions under pressure
*With updated Security Officer License
*Can Converse both in English and Tagalog
*Proficient in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php28,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
