Airline Reservations Agent - Iloilo
- Process Inbound/Outbound calls relating to customer queries
- Adherence to process Quality and Compliance Guidelines
- Call passenger for various issues and work on application software
- Adherence to Staffing/Attendance metrics.
- To provide language customer support & transaction processing
- To meet and exceed KPIs (AHT, quality, CSAT)
- A college graduate with or without experience OR;
- Completed at least 2nd year in college with at least 6 months of BPO experience
- Amenable to work on shifting schedule, holidays & weekends.
- Willing to work onsite in Pavia
- Demonstrated proficiency in English
- Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Computer proficient and is able to multitask
- Organized and Methodical
