We are hiring for Airline Travel Reservation Specialist here in Cebu City.
Job description:
Reservation agents provide booking and reservation services to customers. These services may include booking airline tickets & Cancellations. They work with customers over the phone, in person, or via email and strive to provide excellent customer service.
Salary: 20,610 Basic salary
+ 30,000 SIGNING BONUS
+ Non taxable allowance
+ Account allowance, Clothing allowance & Rice allowance.
+ 20% Night differential pay
+ Account Incentives and more
Benefits: HMO on your first day. (Other benefits will be discuss during the hiring process)
Qualifications:
SHS Graduate, College Graduate, or at least 2nd year College Completed (with TOR) with 1 YEAR BPO Voice International Experience. (Preferably from Travel or TSR Account)
- Good to Excellent English Communication Skills.
- Must be residing near or in Cebu City.
- Willing to work on-site in Cebu City ASAP.
Requirements: Diploma or TOR, COE (if shifter/ experience), Government numbers etc.
