Administrative Assistant

This position is responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. They also provide support to our managers and employees, assisting with daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities. In particular,
· Answer and direct phone calls
· Organize and schedule appointments of the Project Manager
· Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
· Write and distribute email in correspondence memos, letters and forms
· Assist in preparation of regular scheduled reports of the Project Manager
· Develop and maintain a filing system
· Update and maintain office policies and procedures
· Order office supplies
· Maintain contact list of the important persons that is in relation to the mine operations or by the project manager
· File the DTA, PLA, OB of the Project Manager to be submitted to the Site HR Assistant
· Submit and create the Project Manager’s liquidations
· Provide general support to visitors
· Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
· Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
· A graduate of BS in Office Administration or equivalent
· Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant of Office Admin Assistant
· Knowledge of office management system and procedures
· Working knowledge of office equipment, like printer and other office machines
· Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Powerpoint)
· Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
· Attention to detail and problem solving skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months

  • 8 hour shift
Experience:
  • Administrative Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
