As an HR Assistant, you will provide support to the HR department in various administrative tasks and functions. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Assisting with the recruitment process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Maintaining employee records and ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Assisting with new hire orientation and onboarding process.
Coordinating training and development activities for employees.
Assisting with performance management processes, including performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
Providing general administrative support to the HR department, including filing, data entry, and answering phones.
Assisting with special projects and initiatives as needed.
Work Location: Ned Lake Sebu, South Cotabato(100% onsite) Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
Previous experience in an HR role or related administrative position is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
