Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- LTO Renewal (units)
- LTO Accreditation (Renewal & New)
- Petty Cash Custodian
- Process Globe & Smart payment
- Philgeps Renewal
- Secretary Certificate (All Branch)
- Office Supply Custodian
- Security & Janitorial -monitoring of payments
- Insurance (CTPL & Comprehensive intended for units)
- Procurement Custodian
- Yearly update - Signatory for Fuel
- Issue purchase order - via netsuite
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Job Qualifications:
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- With Strong communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- At least 2-3 years Experience as an Admin
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
