As an Accounting Staff you will manage various accounting tasks within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description:
- Handle daily accounting tasks like journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing.
- Maintain accurate financial records.
- Checking of billing statements from suppliers
- Preparation of billing statements for clients
- Other works when the need arises.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience.
- CPA certification is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
