Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management: Oversee financial reporting, general ledger, and transaction accuracy.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor accounting staff, ensuring productivity and accuracy.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in budget preparation, monitor performance, and report variances.
• Compliance & Auditing: Ensure compliance with GAAP, manage audits, and maintain internal controls.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process efficiencies and best practices.

Key Skills:

• Proficiency in accounting software (Quick Books, SAP, etc.).
• Leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CMA preferred but not required.
• 5+ years in accounting, with 5+ years in a supervisory role.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php22,500.00 per month
