Receives and checks change fund, petty cash fund, and properly documents transactions of cash endorsed.
Handles all cash transactions with customers including discounts (employee, PWD, and Senior Citizen) using Point-of-Sales (POS) device.
Makes correct and proper documentation of cash and sales report.
Ensures that all equipment and tools in the station are complete and in good working condition.
Implements the food and beverage product standards of the store and ensures quality of food before serving to the customer.
Effectively performs Ribshack’s service and customer relations standards.
Ensures cleanliness and sanitation in the store.
Assists in the implementation of the store’s security and safety standards.
Trains new staff on Ribshack’s standard protocols and procedures.
Implements measures to maintain quality food and service standards in the store and correct non-conformance with set standards.
Moves throughout the store and kitchen areas to visually monitor and take action to ensure food quality and service standards are met. Verify temperatures, judge appearance and taste of products and check preparation methods to determine quality. Give guidance toward improvement and make necessary adjustments for consistency.
Evaluate objectively employees’ performance following policies and procedures to be able to reward good performance, address deficiencies, and set performance targets to ensure job satisfaction and success on the job.
Ensure adequate staffing levels for anticipated business during shift.
Monitor regular attendance in conformance with the standards which may be established from time to time, and it is essential to the successful performance of this position. Employees with irregular attendance will be reported to Human Resources Department.
