Location: Barakahu, Islamabad, Pakistan
Experience Required: 2+ years in the BPO industry
Preferred Experience: Proven experience in managing training programs and training teams, sales experience is must.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive training programs for new and existing staff.
Develop training materials and modules tailored to our sales processes and company goals.
Lead and motivate a team of trainers to ensure effective delivery and high-quality training.
Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
Collaborate with department heads to align training with organizational objectives.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a sales trainer in the BPO industry.
Full Closing Sales experience is a plus.
Demonstrated experience in managing and developing training programs.
Energetic and proactive with excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to engage and inspire trainees to achieve their best performance.
