Reports to: Training Manager
Location: Plot-176, Mehmoodabad, Main Road IJP, Rawalpindi.
Role Overview:
The Training Officer will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and delivering training programs for call center staff. This role ensures that all employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to meet performance standards, handle customer interactions, and understand product information.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Development:
Design and develop training materials for new hires and existing employees (including CCTs, Team Leads, etc.).
Facilitation:
Conduct classroom training sessions, workshops, and hands-on learning for call center staff.
Deliver product knowledge and soft skills training.
Assessment:
Evaluate trainees' progress through assessments and performance reviews.
Provide feedback to improve skills and performance.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify areas of improvement and update training materials accordingly.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure alignment between training and operational needs.
Reporting:
Maintain records of training sessions, attendance, and results.
Prepare progress reports for management on employee performance post-training.
Onboarding:
Assist in onboarding new employees and ensuring they meet company standards before deployment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).
Previous experience in call center training or related field.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
