Position: District Training & Support Officer Location:Selective Districts in KP and South Punjab (NMD)
(This position will be based in the selected areas e.g. Multan, Lodhran, Bahawalpur, Rahim Yar Khan, Dera Ghazi Khan, Lahore Industrial Zone, Rajanpur, Bajaur, Kurram, Khyber, Mohmand, North & South Waziristan, Orakzai)
Education: Master’s/Bachelor’s in Social Sciences/Gender Studies/Education/Economics Experience: 3-5 years of experience in training facilitation and implementation within the education sector, including a strong background in district management, capacity building, and quality assurance. Experience with educational program development, stakeholder engagement, and adapting training methods to diverse learning environments is highly valued. Role Purpose: The District Training & Support Officer is responsible for conducting, facilitating, and delivering high-quality training with the coordination of District Manager in implementing the program's capacity-building initiatives within the district. This role serves as a crucial operational point for program implementation. In addition to content delivery and activity implementation, the position is also accountable for managing the quality of program-related activities. Job Description: Collaborate with the District Manager to develop and execute the annual district plan. Track and implement digital training programs and content at the district level. Create, review, and update training content; ensure proper offline and online documentation. Monitor program implementation, provide quality improvement input, and address gaps. Lead and facilitate training events, manage the district program team, and build the capacity. Utilize blended learning approaches, including e-learning modules, and ensure training quality and certification. Conduct field visits to monitor program quality and prepare timely progress reports. Address issues, provide support, and implement a feedback system to enhance training methods. Coordinate with the District Manager for smooth training implementation. Support program and district staff in training, capacity building, and advocacy activities. Evaluate training activities, reinforce capacities, and build partnerships. Collaborate with other departments and manage district-level liaison activities, including with government officials and stakeholders. Assist with volunteer management activities and ensure effective record-keeping and data management. Ensure adherence to ITA's and British Council's code of conduct, policies, and procedures, as well as compliance with Safeguarding and PSEA policies. Skills: The District Training & Support Officer must have a deep understanding of local issues, organizational dynamics, and social and cultural constraints. The role requires proficiency in managing and facilitating training programs, building relationships in diverse settings, and multitasking. Experience in supervising, training, coaching, and mentoring staff is essential, along with a commitment to community participation and accountability. Job Type: Full-time Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
