Specific Duties, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities:

To assist/support in Execution, implementation and Coordination of Health and immunization tongue depressors etc. program in coordination with Provincial Manager and follow-ups of project activities accordingly.

Execute program activities according to approved project proposal, Plan of Action (Po A), Evaluation and Performance Monitoring (EPM) and budget.

Process financial and activities reports received from Health facilities and immunization staff, conduct programs financial reconciliation based on activity and financial reporting.

Supervise the program staff at the district, while working to enhance the capacities of the field staff.

Ensure Record maintenance i.e. file management, data archiving, data entry for financial and activity data base, conduct disease trend analysis, financial consumption analysis.

To achieve Routine immunization coverage, target in respective district in coordinating with EPI and other stake holder in collaboration with Provincial Manager.

Support timely (a) collection of all EPI accountability framework data, use of EPI data for action and feed-forward to Provincial level and use PRCS data collection tool for RI coverage reporting.

To coordinate and liaise closely with DHO in Bannu, stakeholders and other line departments, and conduct free medical camps if needed.

Collaborate closely with other Stakeholders/partners in the district (CDC, UNICEF, WHO, EOC, EPI, Assistant Commissioner (AC), National Stop Transmission of Polio (NSTOP), Polio Eradication Officers (PEOs), District Health Communication Support Officers (DHCSOs), Union Council Communication Officers (UCCOs), and Union Council Polio Officers (UCPOs). etc.) through joint participation in meetings with District officials and other stake holders and present project progress.

Support and arrange training and capacity building of PRCS Health staff at BHUs and RI staff in field as well as Govt. health personnel in PRCS targeted areas in collaboration with other stakeholders.

Achieve Target/Optimum level of EPI service delivery through fixed, outreach and extended outreach sessions, according to micro plan for PRCS staff aligned with EPI micro planning to work in close coordination and collaboration with EPI technicians/vaccinator to include zero dose and or missed children in EPI registers.

Work as a Medical Officer in the medical camp or mobile health team, if required.

To ensure proper reception storage and dispense of medicines by standard warehouse running documents and procedures and to locate the drugs by categorized lay-out.

Ensuring provision of Behavior Change communication support through Village Health committees (VHC) to enhance vaccine acceptance and reduce dropout rate.

Ensuring the services are well-supported, managed and coordinated with oversight and accountability for all.

To regularly Monitor (at least 2 visits per week to BHU and Catchment areas) for smooth implementation and submission on field visit report to all concerned.

To submit field visit reports on weekly and monthly reports on monthly basis on provided formats on agreed timelines with Provincial Programme Manager. (only Coordination at Provincial Level).

To perform other duties and tasks, as required or assigned by PRCS provincial management.
