Scope and Objectives
Young women and men in District Abbottabad and Haripur are aware of social and ethical values, and respectful of diversity by taking inclusive and responsible actions to influence local, national, and global sustainable development agenda on climate action.
Training Facilitators requirements:
· One who has submitted complete resume on given email.
· Pakistani national
· Between the age of 25 - 45 years.
· Individuals having experience of working with local communities to promote youth development, climate mitigation and adaptation approaches.
· Proven skills of carrying out training with good interpersonal and presentation skills.
· Know local context and dynamics with respect to culture.
· Understands local climate challenges and have previous experience of climate action and youth development.
· Available for training of facilitators (TOF), cascading youth trainings and mentoring youth groups.
· Possess strong local languages skills.
The specific duties and responsibilities of Training Facilitators will include:
1. Agree and confirm contract terms and conditions before attending the training.
2. Attend the five-day British Council Training of Facilitator Training after the completion recruitment process.
3. Deliver the Sungi Development Foundation PYLI Project training component in district Haripur and Abbottabad.
4. Training facilitators will also have additional tasks as identified by the Sungi Development Foundation including reporting of trainings, debriefing sessions, feedback on training content and Mentorship of trained Youth Regarding their Youth led Actions (YLA, s) .
Training Facilitator Requirements:

• Required Bachelor degree in any field.
• One years’ experience in development sector preferably in Training deliverable.
• Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
