Position: Sales Trainer
Location: Barakahu, Islamabad, Pakistan
Experience Required: 2+ years in the BPO industry
Preferred Experience: Full closing modules as a closer or training closer
Key Responsibilities:

• Train and mentor sales teams, focusing on closing techniques and best practices.
• Develop and deliver engaging training programs to enhance sales skills.
• Monitor and evaluate trainee performance to ensure successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with the sales team to implement effective training strategies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the BPO industry.
• Proven track record with full closing modules as a closer or training closer.
• Energetic, motivated, and able to inspire others.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
