Job Type: Full-time - Fresher
Pay: Rs 25,000.00 - Rs 35,000.00 per month

Job Responsibilities:
- Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policies and procedures, and restraining trespassers.
- Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
- Maintain stability and reputation by complying with SOP requirements at ACTIVE8 WIRELESS.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
- Ensure the security and safety of all personnel and customers on the premises.
- Adhere to company services and operating standards.
- Report emergencies or suspected thefts to a supervisor or senior officer immediately.
- Protect company assets from damage, mishandling, theft, and other safety issues.
- Ensure staff follows procedures and SOPs to prevent stock damage, theft, mishandling, and negligence at customer and staff exits.
- Monitor crowded areas to prevent shoplifting.
- Identify potential thieves and vandals among staff and patrons.
- Monitor inventory, stock, and shelving to ensure compliance with SOPs.
- Ensure branch and counter activities are managed, and staff availability is on time as per SOPs.
- Document theft, security issues, irrelevant activities, or SOP violations.
- Dispatch daily email alerts regarding out-of-stock items, operational activities, or other necessary updates.
- Manage morning and evening tasks as per SOPs, including verifying discount reports, void items, sales returns, and customer satisfaction calls.
- Minimum Intermediate/Graduate
- Immediate students preferable
- A Levels students are also preferred
- Must be able to speak and understand basic English fluently
- Proficiency in English is required
- Basic understanding of Spanish is a plus
