Gynecologist - Data Analyst
We are looking for a highly skilled Gynecologist - Data Analyst to join our dynamic health project team. This role involves leveraging data analytics to support AI-driven healthcare solutions focused on gynecology, prenatal, and postnatal care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both gynecology and data analysis to ensure data-driven decision-making and model accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Contract length: 18 months
Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
Education:
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and preprocess medical and clinical data for AI model training, ensuring data quality and consistency.
- Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and insights relevant to gynecological care, prenatal, and postnatal health.
- Collaborate closely with AI Experts to enhance model accuracy and effectiveness based on clinical data analysis.
- Support the Health Expert (Gynecologist) in validating AI-generated insights and recommendations, ensuring they align with medical standards.
- Contribute to developing data-driven healthcare solutions by providing actionable insights to inform clinical decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical standards in handling patient data.
- Document and communicate findings, methodologies, and results effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- MBBS degree with experience or certification in data analysis or a related field.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in gynecology, with a focus on using data analytics in a clinical setting.
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning applications in healthcare.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and present data insights.
- Experience in working with electronic health records (EHRs) and other medical data sources is a plus.

Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- in gynecology: 3 years (Preferred)
