Gynecologist - Health Expert
We are seeking an experienced Gynecologist - Health Expert to join our team for an innovative health project. This role involves providing clinical expertise to ensure the medical accuracy and effectiveness of AI-driven healthcare models focused on prenatal and postnatal care.
Location: Islamabad/Haripur
Key Responsibilities:
Contract length: 18 months
Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs180,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance to ensure the medical accuracy of AI models, focusing on prenatal and postnatal care.
- Identify key symptoms and clinical parameters relevant to women's health for AI model development.
- Validate AI-generated recommendations and alerts, ensuring they align with clinical standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with the AI Expert to refine models and improve their clinical relevance and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards in all AI-related applications.
- Deliver training sessions to Community Midwives (CMWs), providing ongoing mentoring and referral support to enhance maternal and child healthcare.
- MBBS degree with FCPS in Gynecology preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in gynecology, with a strong focus on prenatal and postnatal care.
- Comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulations, standards, and experience with AI-driven healthcare applications is a plus.
- Proven experience in training and mentoring healthcare professionals, particularly in maternal and child health.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.
