Overview: Oak Business Consultants is seeking a Business Planning and Project Management Specialist to enhance our strategic initiatives by creating detailed business plans, engaging pitch decks, and managing comprehensive projects. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong background in strategic planning, financial analysis, and effective project coordination. Key Responsibilities:
Business Plan Development: Craft detailed business plans including market analysis, operational strategy, financial projections, and risk assessment to support new business initiatives and funding opportunities.
Pitch Deck Creation: Design compelling pitch decks that clearly articulate the business value proposition, market opportunity, competitive advantages, and financial needs to potential investors and stakeholders.
Project Management: Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet objectives, stay on schedule, and remain within budget. Act as the point of contact for all project-related communications.
Stakeholder Communication: Engage with stakeholders to gather inputs, present findings, and align project outcomes with strategic business goals.
Market Research: Conduct and analyze market research to validate business models, understand competitive landscapes, and identify trends and opportunities.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
Experience: 2 years - 4 years of experience in business planning, creating pitch decks, and managing projects, preferably in a consultancy or financial advisory setting.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Power Point and Excel. Experience with financial modeling and graphic design tools is highly desirable.
Analytical Skills: Ability to perform complex business analysis and provide actionable insights.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with expertise in preparing and presenting information to a variety of audiences.
