Key Responsibilities: Warehouse Operations: Oversee daily activities related to receiving, storage, and dispatch of dry goods. Ensure proper arrangement and organization of the warehouse space. Manage the implementation of warehouse processes and procedures to ensure operational efficiency. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels to meet customer demands while minimizing holding costs. Conduct regular cycle counts and stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy. Monitor stock levels and coordinate reordering based on demand forecasting. Demand Planning: Work closely with the supply chain and sales teams to forecast demand and ensure sufficient stock levels. Develop replenishment strategies to avoid overstocking or stockouts. Track market trends and customer demand fluctuations to optimize inventory. Team Leadership & Development: Lead a team of warehouse staff, providing training, guidance, and performance reviews. Delegate responsibilities to ensure all warehouse activities run smoothly. Foster a positive work environment and ensure team compliance with safety standards. Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective transport of goods. Track shipments and deliveries to customers, ensuring minimal delays. Optimize delivery schedules and routes for efficiency. Health, Safety, and Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations. Implement warehouse safety policies and procedures, conducting regular safety audits. Maintain compliance with industry-specific quality standards. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and submit reports on warehouse performance, including stock levels, shipping times, and KPIs. Maintain detailed records of warehouse activities, ensuring data accuracy. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in warehouse management, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role. • Experience in the HORECA industry is a plus. • Strong knowledge of demand planning, inventory management, and logistics. • Proficiency in warehouse management software (WMS) and inventory control systems. • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
