Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and Motivate: Supervise and inspire a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed their targets.
• Sales Closing: Utilize your exceptional sales skills to close international deals, with a focus on digital marketing campaigns.
• Training & Development: Provide ongoing training and support to your team, helping them develop their skills and reach their full potential.
• Strategy Implementation: Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor team performance, analyze sales data, and prepare regular reports for management.
• Negotiation: Apply your strong negotiation skills to close deals and foster long-term client relationships.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a sales service role, preferably in digital marketing campaigns.
• Sales Expertise: Impeccable experience in a sales call center environment with a strong ability to close deals.
• Language Proficiency: Proficient in English communication.
• Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing concepts is a significant advantage.
• Availability: Must not be enrolled in any educational curriculum or involved in any full/part-time job.
• Sales & Negotiation: Strong understanding of market research, sales strategies, and negotiation principles.
