We are seeking a diligent and experienced Manager Finance to join a team of our client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and providing valuable insights to drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities and Duties: • Prepare and report financial results with comprehensive commentary, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness. • Ensure full compliance with all relevant accounting standards, current best practices, and regulatory requirements. • Apply appropriate accounting policies consistent with the current business environment. • Implement and maintain best practice financial controls to tightly control transaction activity. • Provide insight to the division on key areas of risk, growth, and performance, and make recommendations for continuous improvement and remedial action as needed. • Review financial information against historical run rates and future growth plans. • Take ownership of market balance sheets, including preparation and approval of reconciliations. • Review accounting papers and support inputs to external and internal financial audits. • Balance financial records and identify inaccuracies. • Conduct scheduled audits of individual accounts for all entities. • Identify and address major financial issues within accounting software. • Assist in ensuring projects stay within budget parameters. • Collaborate with executives and CEO to establish budgets and make financial decisions. • Oversee in-house or outsourced accountants and other financial professionals. • Provide suggestions regarding budgets and other financial matters. • Assist with external company audits as required. Required Qualifications and Skills: • Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance. • 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar role within the healthcare or assisted living industry, preferably in USA. • Hands on working experience on Bill.com, Quick Books and Bookkeeping. • Thorough understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations IFRS, IAS. • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Proven experience of remotely working for USA clients in the similar role.
