IT Manager
Position Title: Manager/ Senior Manager - IT
Years of Experience: 7 – 10 Years
Responsibilities:
· Oversee and manage the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and availability of network services and systems.
· Lead IT projects from planning through to execution, ensuring successful delivery, problem-solving, and managing challenges as they arise.
· Manage and mentor the IT team, fostering a collaborative environment that supports continuous improvement and innovation.
· Provide expert support for information systems, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure smooth operations.
· Develop, implement, and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure security, compliance, and operational efficiency.
· Drive the selection and implementation of new technologies and systems that enhance business operations and customer experience.
Qualifications:
· 7-10 years of experience in IT management, with a strong background in IT infrastructure, project management, and team leadership.
· Proficiency in managing complex IT environments, leading projects, and implementing technology solutions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
